What are the Cherry Secret warranty terms?

Cherry Secret gives a two-Year Warranty

Your Cherry Secret piece is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.

How can I apply my discount code or gift voucher?

You can use the discount code or gift card on the checkout page. The amount will be deducted from your order total. You may only use one discount code or gift card per order.

We offer free delivery for all orders worldwide.

When can I expect my order?

How can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has been processed successfully, you will receive the order confirmation in your mailbox within a few minutes. Always check your spam, or junk mail, box if you have not received anything.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

At Cherry Secret, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition in their original, undamaged packaging with labels attached.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. If you want a different size or colour, simply place a new order.

How long does a refund take?

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, this could be up to 30 working days.

After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 banking days before the refund is visible on your bank account

Our materials require minimal maintenance, but occasional polishing with a soft cloth will keep your pieces shiny.

For your sunglasses, clean the lenses regularly with a microfiber cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. We include a cleaning cloth with every order for your convenience.
